I still haven't received my order, what can I do?
a) First of all, check the status of your order by accessing the My Orders page in your user account.
b) Make sure that the order status is "Sent" and check the delivery date.
c) If your order is in "Pending Print" status, this means that your order is in line for production. Note that if you placed the order with "Standard" production, it can take up to 4 working days to print. If you think it is taking longer than it should, you can contact us here.
d) If your order has already been sent but you still haven't received it yet, send us the delivery notification email that we sent to you so we can locate the package.
