Instructions for size exchanges or processing a return

Our exchange and return policy is very simple. If you don’t like what you’ve ordered, return it.
First send us an email at email@example.com telling us what you would like exchanged along with your order number (for example: 323969). This will speed up the process for you.
Then, place the garment back in the original packaging (or another one if you have already thrown out the original) and tell us in writing what it is that you would like: an exchange or a refund. In the case of an exchange, please include what you want in the same packaging, and the order number to which it belongs. (Note: You pay the delivery costs from your home to us, but we'll pick up the cost of shipping the exchange back to you).
In the case of a refund, the amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card if you have used that method or by PayPal.
You have 30 days to make a return or exchange starting from the date of delivery. Remember that we cannot accept worn or washed returns!
